in collaboration with the Carrillo Recreation Center
Ballet: Up Close and Cultural

Saturday, October 25th at 2:00-3:30pm
in the Ballroom of the Carrillo Recreation Center, 100 East Carrillo Street

On Saturday, October 25th, Ballet Santa Barbara will present a free workshop and performance at the Carrillo Recreation Center. Featuring excerpts from its signature wide-ranging repertoire, Ballet: Up Close and Cultural will explore the many ways dance communicates through movement. This fun and educational program connecting contemporary ballet to Balinese and Afro-Brazilian dance, is designed to involve the audience (particularly kids) in a variety of ways.

Ballet: Up Close and Cultural is made possible, in part, by our first Organizational Development grant from the City of Santa Barbara in partnership with the Santa Barbara County Arts Commission.

Call 450-7535 for further information.
